Exhibition playlist: William Eggleston

Listen to a playlist selected by Jose Neves, Assistant Curator, exploring the wide-spread influence of William Eggleston's photography on music.

This playlist extends the connections between photography and music explored throughout the exhibition All that goes unnoticed. It brings together music from the Memphis scene, tracks from records featuring Eggleston’s photographs on their covers and Eggleston's own music. His impact beyond photography can be heard in the track by Air, who created the soundtrack to Sofia Coppola's film The Virgin Suicides, which was influenced by his distinctive visual language.
